Shuishan Machinery (Jiaxing) Co., Ltd. is a collaborative venture between Korean and Japanese entities. Established in April 2003 and situated in the historically significant city of Jiaxing, Zhejiang, known for its rich heritage in the textile industry, our company boasts a registered capital of $520,000 and spans an expansive 11,410.20 square meters. The manufacturing facility covers 9,171.59 square meters.
In its initial years, the company primarily focused on the production and sale of computerized sock knitting machines under the renowned SOOSAN brand. The company undertook the development and production of accessories, assembling complete machines in China. Our products reached over 50 countries and regions worldwide, earning commendation from global clientele.
With over a decade of operation and the growing competitiveness in computerized sock knitting machines, in May 2018, following extensive negotiations with Santoni (Shanghai) Company, a Lonati Group subsidiary and the world's largest sock knitting machine manufacturer and distributor, we successfully transferred the entire computerized sock knitting machine project to Santoni (Shanghai) Company's wholly-owned subsidiary.
Post the transfer of the sock knitting machine project, Shuishan Company underwent a transformative phase, redirecting its focus towards the research and development of consumable parts for mining industry(rock drilling tools), coating industry(electrodes) and new energy industry(wind turbines etc). Presently, the company holds assets totaling around $4 million, boasts various processing equipment, and has mature processing techniques.
From 2022 onward, our company expanded its research and development efforts to include semiconductor machinery components. We have introduced cutting-edge vacuum hot-pressing furnace equipment, primarily employed for various vacuum diffusion welding applications in semiconductor components. Plasma-sprayed electrode products have found successful markets in China and South Korea. And wind-turbine products have found successful markets in Europe.
We look forward to potential collaboration and exchange opportunities with your company on semiconductor-related projects!

Bogo Engineering: Pioneering Research, Design, and Processing Technology in Drilling Tools, Plasma Thermal Spray Components, and Materials.
High fluidity of ceramic powders used in processes like 3D printing and APS is a critical focus area. In addressing this challenge, we've developed proprietary specialized techniques to achieve perfect spherical ceramic powders, ensuring optimal shaping.
Through our proprietary technology, we've achieved complete bonding(DBC method) of tungsten and copper, used in electrodes (cathodes, anodes) for APS guns, resulting in significant enhancements in electrode lifespan and performance.
Innovation in production methods became imperative due to inefficiencies inherent in traditional carbon infiltration heat treatment, a typical rod production technique. By embracing new production technologies, we've successfully increased efficiency by 40% compared to conventional methods.
